Colleen Nolan is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management Leader, Certified ADHD Coach, and Certified Neuroscience Coach, with more than two decades of experience guiding Fortune 500 companies through high-stakes transformation. She has held leadership roles with GE, Citigroup, and Cox Communications, and spent over a decade with Cox Automotive helping teams navigate disruption, innovation, and cultural change. Notably, she created and led the enterprise Change Management program for a Fortune 50 organization, building lasting frameworks for organizational agility and resilience.
Colleen’s perspective goes far beyond process improvement. Living with invisible illness and trauma has given her a deep, personal understanding of how resilience is built and how workplaces can either compound harm or create healing. She knows firsthand the cost of burnout, the weight of silence, and the power of being seen.
